1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. USER: Any individual or legal entity that registers for and uses the Usecrawl platform, accepting these Terms of Service.

1.2. SERVICES: The SEO audit, keyword ranking, traffic analytics, and related tools provided through the Usecrawl platform, available at app.usecrawl.com.

1.3. PLATFORM: The software system including site audit, keyword tracking, traffic analytics, competitor analysis, and all other features provided by Usecrawl.

1.4. PLANS: The subscription tiers offered by Usecrawl (Starter, Pro), as described on our website.

1.5. CONTENT: Any data, text, reports, or materials generated through the use of the Platform.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2.2. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.3. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1. To access the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3.4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.5. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

4.1. Usecrawl provides the following services:

a) Technical SEO site auditing b) Keyword rank tracking across search engines c) Traffic analytics and reporting d) Competitor analysis and monitoring e) On-page SEO optimization recommendations f) Backlink monitoring and analysis g) SEO reporting and white-label reports

4.2. Features may vary depending on the subscription plan selected.

4.3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

5.1. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

5.2. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.

5.3. Prices are listed in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5.4. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

5.5. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. FREE TRIAL

6.1. New users may be eligible for a free trial period of 7 days.

6.2. No credit card is required to start a free trial.

6.3. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe or your account will be limited.

6.4. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

7. CANCELLATION

7.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.3. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

7.4. We may retain your data for up to 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

8.1. You agree not to:

a) Use the Services for any unlawful purpose b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems c) Interfere with or disrupt the Platform d) Use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond normal usage e) Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Services without authorization f) Use the Services to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others g) Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. The Platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Usecrawl.

9.2. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.

9.3. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Platform.

9.4. Reports and analyses generated by the Platform may be used by you for your business purposes.

10. DATA AND PRIVACY

10.1. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable data protection laws.

10.3. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11.2. We do not guarantee that:

a) The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free b) SEO results or ranking improvements will be achieved c) Data and analytics will be 100% accurate at all times

11.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usecrawl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11.4. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

12.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usecrawl from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

13.1. We may update these Terms at any time.

13.2. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform.

13.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. GOVERNING LAW

14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Usecrawl is incorporated.

14.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
